♥ : 我的妈呀，万里长城 ! Saturday, June 11, 2011 Hello dearest, YOU. (: Its Sunday tomorrow. The weekends are coming to an end. Nuuuu. :( I'm a lazy girl. :( I went to Mid Valley with my hubby today and I just came back from dining at Xenri Japanese Cuisine. YUM YUM :) Ohh yeah! My swollen eye is much better today. Its healing! HEH :P thanks to everyone who cared. ♥ Today I'm gonna blog about my Bei Jing trip, day TWO. :D We were suppose to meet our tour guide at the hotel lobby at 8am SHARP. Guess what? I only woke up at 7.50am after I heard my door bell ringing like crazy. It was my bro, he came to check on me because I didn't go down for breakfast. So I jumped out of bed, quickly got myself ready, rushed down to the cafe for a simple breakfast. ZOMG, thank God the tour guide was later than me. HAHAHA :P We started our day two tour at 8.30am. Everyone looked fresh after a good night rest. :) First station - Jade factory. ♥  Although it looks simple, but imagine the hardwork.  Cabbage!  Smaller cabbage :P  Focus. I hope I could learn this moral value from him. -.- lollllll.  With my bro ♥  ZOMG, so cute right! I wanted to buy this so badly! :( Unfortunately, everyone was stopping me cause they said I could get it from the Pasar Malam here, CHEAPER! :(  So I bought this! Hehehe. Unique, everything in the 'ball' is drawn by man. :D Ahhh, so many pretty ones. So many to choose from ♥  We could even write our own names in it for free. ♥  Look! Nice hand writing right? Hehh. Cute eh? :)  Bei Jing's famous sweet Milk Strawberry ♥ After visiting the jade factory, we went to climb the GREAT WALL OF CHINA. Surprisingly, I was kinda excited when I was in the bus before reaching! Hehehe :D But after we reached, my eyes turn to this. @_______@ I'm sure anyone of you who has been to the Great Wall knows what I mean right?! The number of steps that we got to climb.. is HOLY SHIT! 1000x worse than Batu Caves! :/   It was hot, it was glaring, it was sunny, so I ended up like this. :O MALAYSIA BOLEH !! ♥ HAHA :P  See the Great Wall? That's not even 1/4 of it! :/  Look at the number of steps. ZOMG. Takes forever to reach the end. :x  Before starting our journey, still very energetic. HAHA :D  Along Great Wall, know what these locks mean? :)  They believe that if you lock your name and your partner's name carved on it, your love will last forever. After I finished walking the first part, I felt my head spinning, spinning very very badly! My mum said it was either I was not having enough oxygen or because of the height! I'm seriously wondering whether I'm actually afraid of heights. Because sometimes I get really scared to look down whenever I'm at somewhere high. :/ So we rest awhile, then my mummy and I went to the cafe down there to grab ice cream ♥ I was super thirsty, for the "countable" times in my life. LOL! I seldom feel thirsty. I hate H2O!  Doesn't it feel very relaxing, very calm? :)  That is why NATURE is LOVED ♥  Its me after a long walk! :P  Snapped a few pictures while waiting for the others to come down.  CHEEEEZ! ♥ Failed to shot the great wall behind. :/ Went for lunch after the "exercise of the day", lollll. I was so hungry and thirsty that YESHH, no pictures were taken. HAHA! So skip! After lunch, we went to see the 7 star hotel in Bei Jing, which was built like a dragon. Opposite were the Water Cube & Bird's Next Stadium (鸟巢), where the Olympic was held in year 2008! China government spent a few billion on the stadium for the Olympic game which only will be held ONCE. Now, it is indeed a tourist spot. Heheh. :D  7 Star Hotel. Does the building on your most left look like a dragon head? ;)  Super windyyy.  Bei Jing's National Stadium, BIRD'S NEST. ♥ It does look like a bird's nest, right? Hahaha ;)  I can jump HIGHHH. :D  My favourite picture! ♥  A jumping shot with everyone ♥ Have you noticed my Bei Jing trip is walk, walk, walk, walk and still WALKING? ==" Tiring, I think my leg muscles grew. ;) HAHAHA! So after visiting, we went for dinner at another Chinese cruisine. And omggggg! The birds there could talk! They kept repeating "ni hao ni hao" HAHA! Cute! :D  Mini mini air cond in the toilet :D After dinner, the tour guide dropped us off at the hotel and we went out to walk by ourselves. Went to the famous shopping street, 王府井, located just right beside our hotel. On the way there, we saw a very nice church where normally people go for their wedding photoshot. :)  LOOK, ain't it nice? :3  ♥  Double love ♥ ♥  The busy street. Bought lots of food and souvenirs there. :D While walking back, we saw this store which sold WEIRD ANIMALS to be eaten. Most of them were insects tho. SCARYYYYY. :(  Various type. Who wants to eat? :/  Live scorpions, starfish and seahorse! Poor thing. :'(  Fried HAIRY spiders. Ewwwww! -.-  ZOMG, LIZARDS!
